SRES specializes in 24-hour turns. Whether it’s painting, changing out light fixtures and door handles or fixing a leaking sink, we’ll make your units move in ready. We can also do every day work orders.
Inspection Repairs
From rental license, section 8 and REAC inspections. Requested repairs can be overwhelming. Let us help take the weight off your shoulders!

Renovation Demo and Clean Up

Occupied unit upgrades such as kitchens and bathrooms. Common area upgrades such as installing new light fixtures and door hardware. A/C’s, carbon and smoke detector installs. We also install appliances!
Paint and Drywall Repairs
Need an apartment turn painted or your common areas touched up? Maybe your maintenance guy had to cut a huge hole in the ceiling because of a leak but doesn’t have time to close it back up. We can help!
Snow Shoveling
Ever had your caretaker go on vacation in the middle of January and it’s supposed to snow 5 inches! We can be there ASAP to salt and shovel those walkways for you, no problem.
